Vitamin HB | Smell the Coffee

DAILY DOSE | NATURAL REMEDY
By Huda Heidi Kattan

Suffering from a little cellulite? A great and simple way to bust those problem areas is to take used coffee grounds and use them as an exfoliator.  Just take the leftover grounds (after you’ve made your morning coffee) and rub them on your thighs and other problem areas in the shower.  This is a natural and effective way to rid cellulite. Very easy to do and you will be glad you did!

Yup Great tip! In fact most anti-cellulite products contain coffee…but what if you don’t have cellulite and are trying to avoid getting it? Any tips on what not to eat? Is it just genetic or age related? Would love your feedback 🙂

    • GREAT question darling!! I will post on this! But very quickly, there are a variety of factors that contribute to cellulite–not drinking enough water, lack of exercise, hereditary, etc. The problem with cellulite is once you get it, it’s so hard to get rid of it! Constant massage and care is the best way to deal with it, but prevention is definitely key!! I will post on it soon doll!! Great question!! 🙂

    Awesome tip! Thanks for sharin..

What about stretch marks?! How can we get rid of those nasty things? Does the clarins stretch mark cream really work? I heard that it does.. But has anyone tried it?

    • Hi darling! I have tried all those creams and to be honest, I haven’t noticed too much of a difference. Most reports say that you cannot actually get rid of stretch marks with cream. The only way to do that is with surgery. This is a great question and I will post on this soon!! Thanks doll! XXx
