5 Tips to Tighter Pores
REDUCING PORES | NATURAL BEAUTY

Suffering from large pores? Yeah, I know the feeling! While it may be impossible to get rid of large pores, you can minimize their appearance. If you have issues with large pores, it’s a good idea to wash your face regularly and to avoid using oil-base products which could clog your pores and make them look large. Here are some great tips to make sure you minimize those pores.
Tip #1: Use Sugar Scrubs Regularly: Scrubbing your face regularly is great to aid in the reduction of large pores. Sugar, on the other hand, is a wonderful ingredient that naturally smooths fine lines, removes dead skin, improves the appearance of pores and blackheads and removes toxins. Sugar scrubs are some of the most effective for reducing the size of pores and improving over all radiance of skin.
Tip #2: Stay away from Harsh Products: According to most skincare experts, one of the best ways to minimize pores is to stop using products that are too strong. Products like certain toners or astringents that have too much alcohol can dry skin. When skin becomes overly dry, our oil glands produce excess oils which can clog our pores and enlarge them. So while there might be a temporary tightening of the pores from those harsher products, the long-term affects will be adverse.
Tip#3: Use Homemade Mask:Try an at home face mask. In a bowl, mix 2 egg whites, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar. Apply on your face and let sit for 7-10 minutes. Rinse with warm water and follow with witch hazel to make sure pores are clean. Do this weekly as needed.
Tip #4: Avoid Oil-based Makeup: One of the biggest reasons why pores look so big is because of the oils that clog them, making them look enlarged. Heavy makeup with strong oil content will clog your pores so fast, you won’t know what hit you! If you suffer from large pores, try switching to oil free cosmetics and decrease the amount of makeup you wear on your face.
Tip # 5: Use SPF: Sun damage may cause wrinkles as well as sun spots, but it also causes damage to your pores which makes them appear large. Wearing SPF is a great way to keep your pores looking tight and healthy.
