With advances in beauty we somehow come back to some extremely simple ingredients! I’m sure many of you are going through a phase where Argan, Acai Berry, and other natural ingredients are a part of your daily beauty routine. Now it’s time to get familiar with Sea Buckthorn!

In the time of Genghis Khan, the soldiers left many of their horses who had been injured while in battle, behind to die. When they returned later they were astonished to find the horses alive and beautiful after eating the Sea Buckthorn berry. Never heard of this magical fruit? Well in the world of beauty, it may be one of the most powerful ingredients for a beautiful appearance and life. Not only does it improve immunity and energy levels, but it is packed with vitamins and minerals! How many vitamins? Ohh, just vitamins A, B1, B2, C, K, E and Omega 3, 6, 7, and 9. Although it might not be in abundance now, it’s something every woman needs to get familiar with!

Is this the same berry that they put on some desserts here? About the size of a small cherry tomato? I’ve seen it in the dessert cart at alot of hotels here, and love the taste! Tastes like a mini passion fruit! Didn’t know it was so good for you! Thanks Huda!
