Beyonce’s Back!! Her First Performance Post Baby!

I’m seriously starting to think this woman is not even human anymore! Didn’t she just give birth a few months ago?! Well, the fabulous B is back and working it and she looks GORGEOUS doing it!

It’s pretty crazy, but Beyonce actually lost 50 pounds since she gave birth! That’s a lot of weight to lose in such a short time! Personally, after giving birth I can tell you, losing it is soooo much harder than ever before! Your body is just soft! Beyonce is definitely an inspiration!! Here is an interview about her post baby body and how she got back into killer shape!

My body is definitely softer, but I feel my body bouncing back. Whatever was tight and muscular, like my legs, I’m seeing it come back. You just have to work at it

Beyonce’s workout includes 90 minute workout sessions 3 times a week and her diet is seriously strict! If I can look like that, I will DEF give it a try!

Beyonce’s Diet:

Breakfast – egg whites
Lunch – protein shake or fresh sliced turkey with capers
Snack – edamame or cucumbers with vinegar, cayenne pepper and lemon, berries or a green apple
Dinner – yellowtail sashimi with jalapenos and wasabi

    It’s easier for celebs to loose their weight after birth so quickly as they have nannies, chefs, cleaners and personal trainers. So they can concentrate on getting back into shape without worrying about anything else, whereas in the real world us mothers still have to do it all ourselves!

      Plus if that is her diet, she cnt be breastfeeding since a mother needs more calories and nutrients to pass onto the lil baby

    To me excersice is very important if u can execersice everyday for 1 hour and just reduce the food or the quantity u eat. U gonna lose weight like her or more.. m against diet honestly; bcuz to me the body needs everything plus u live once why dont u enjoy it, just control the things that make u gain weight easily.

    one more advice to all beautiful ladies, there is workout called Bodyflex its well known in Russia, my teacher she tought me to do it. its breathing workout, honeslty its amazing workout, i tried this workout in 2weeks and from size 12 UK to size 10UK , u lose the fat from ur belly u lose inches soo fast and u start having flat belly. i tried it, HUDA sweetie search about it and try it 🙂

    I seriously doubt if she actuall did give birth.I mean-pregnant tummy suddenly showin up dat big at VMAs,reports of her pregnant tummy deflating at an interview,her sudden post delivery weight loss in just a few days(considering shes always been on the slightly fuller side all her life)..sumthing just isnt right.N not to forget the whole delivery episode at the hospital whr they had the entire floor if da hospital blocked n sealed for themselvs,evn the security cams wr disabled.Definitely sumthn to think abt

    She didn’t look as if she gained 50 pounds during her pregnancy so that seems fabricated for attention. Oddly, she looked the same with a belly which is strange considering how rare that is. Now if Jessica Simpson says she lost 50 pounds just a few months after giving birth & looks like this, I’ll believe it because unlike Bey, she actually had a physical transformation worth writing about.

  9. She looks great but realistically we are women with jobs and kids and we cook and clean and we cant find the time to workout for as long as these celebs-eventually we get there so long as we find some time for ourselves it will just take longer!

  11. I totally agree with you guys! It’s soooo much easier when you have a team around you making sure you have the absolute best diet and exercise routine, but there are so many celebs out there who aren’t in the same situation so short after they give birth! It’s more an inspiration to see her dedication and discipline!

    That diet is simply not possible for a human being, unless she was doing it for a couple of days or max one week.

    I’m confident that even the pros wouldn’t approve that diet since it’s really not providing any nutritient only the opposite. I don’t think that that is her diet. Celebrities have pressures etc I’m sure she just made that up.

    she probably had to come up with a crazy diet like this cause her body is perfect, and she needs something to cover it up. She gave birth recently, she can’t be eating this unhealthy and have all that energy to breasfeed and do shows. I’m not even sure if she ever carried a baby…

    anyhow I love Beyonce, she is amazing. I understand the pressures celebrities have and specially her to maintain a perfect image and life, I’m not judging. I could never walk even 1 m in her shoes….
