You should also try ripe tomatoes on your face. Tomatos are rich in vitamin C which is the main key in a healthy beautiful glow. I usually cut it in halves leave it on for 5 to 7 minutes then rinse by cold water to lock it in instead of washing it away. Be sure not to use it too closely to your eyes and use a light weight lotion afterwards incase the acid from tomato leaves your skin dry. Try this before going out and trust me you will glow brighter than the moon :p

I got natural sun tanning (after a sun burn) on an island about 8 months back and i can still see it very clearly on my body. Could you please advise how to get rid of it, may be a product or something as tanning doesn’t suit my features at all 😦

  7. Hi Farah,
I’m so sorry to hear about your sunburn be sure to use high SPF out in the sun next time. As for as getting rid of your sun tan there are many ways depending on your skin tone and your natural production of skin cells. The best way that works for all is to exfoliate your skin more often perhaps 2-3 times a week. Use a salt scrub ( i use and love the bliss hot salt scrub) before your shower when your skin is still dry, so the salt wont dissolve in the water. You could damp your skin just a little if its needed and after you are done with your shower drop couple of fresh squeeze lemon juice into your lotion ( i recommend light weight lotions since the get absorbed easily into skin) and apply it all over. It might feel just a bit tingly, but you know what that means!! ITS WORKING 😛 … hope this could help and best wishes luv :*
